Your Queenstown Newborn Photographer knows that the first weeks with
your newborn are a crazy,magical time. A whirlwind of love, emotion, hormones
and sleepless nights as you get to know your gorgeous little one. Before you know it those early days are
a distant memory, and your baby is not a tiny newborn any more.
Blink and you might miss it! And that's where I can help.
My newborn photo shoots capture these precious first days for you with simple,
timeless photographs, so that you can remember and treasure them forever.

Newborn Photography sessions typically take place in the first 1 - 2 weeks of life
and are held in the comfort of your home, right here in Queenstown.
Your session will be relaxed and includes individual images of your baby, as well as sibling, parent and
family photos if you wish. Parent and sibling images are done in a more relaxed lifestyle way for this session.

You have a choice of a natural posed or unposed newborn documentary session.
A non-refundable session fee is due at the time of booking in order
to reserve your session date. After your session, you will receive a private
online gallery to view and order from, containing approximately 30 - 50 images,
with a mixture of both colour and black and white images.

Session fees are $250 and Collections begin at $350 (so packages start at $600 the session fee).
All collection packages include high-resolution digital images and print credit.

Natural Posed
Newborn Session
Natural Posed Newborn Sessions are baby led sessions with a focus on relaxed & natural posing and happen within the first 2 weeks of your babies life. Soft wraps and blankets are used to gently wrap and capture every unique detail of your newborn child.

Sessions are held within the comfort of your
home in the Queenstown area.
​
Natural Newborn Collections start at $450
($250 Session Fee + $200 Collection I)
and include a number of digital images.

Bump to Baby
Package
Documenting your journey into Motherhood
​I aim to tell your unique and beautiful story through rich, poetic imagery that moves your heart. A Bump to Baby Package allows you to capture one of the most beautiful and tenderest times in your life. This includes a maternity photoshoot with your bump proudly on display as well as a newborn in-home session that captures your child's incredible newness in the first few weeks of their life.

Bump to Baby Packages will only incur one session fee (you're saving $250).

Each session includes a number of digital images.

Frequently Asked Questions​​

How old does my baby need to be for a newborn session?Newborn sessions are for babies between 4 and 14 days old. If you have missed this stage I am happy to offer you a family session with a baby of any age. The reason for this is that babies generally are more alert after 2 weeks and don't enjoy being posed, if you do however wish to book a family session and baby is sleepy enough for me to capture some photos of them on their own, I will be happy to do so.

How long will my newborn session last?Babies ultimately dictate how a session will go. If they need a break or two, we will most definitely do so. Generally speaking I'll be with you 2 and a half hours but this may vary.

Where do sessions take place?Newborn sessions are held in the comfort of your own home, which means you'll have a relaxed, comfortable experience in your own home environment.

First thing’s first, you need to reach out! I’ll send you personalised information about photo collections, and we can choose the best date to lock in the shoot!
Once I’ve received your non- refundable session fee, I'll send through a prep guide to get you all ready for your in-home session.

The Reveal
Yay! It’s time to select your photos! Within 2-3 weeks, I’ll send over a selection of the best images, professionally edited by me. As soon as the gallery is up, you’ll be able to choose which images you like and which collection you want to go for. Once you made your choice you can then download your images and use your print store credit to order high quality print products.
